Panache will offer a full coffee menu including brewed coffee, espresso, lattes and cappuccinos, iced coffees as well as classic Italian treats like the “Affogato” using espresso and Panache’s hand-made ice cream for a one-of-a-kind delight. Blackman and team also assisted Panache in setting up the wares needed to prepare products to the exacting standard used in Parisi’s own cafés. Panache owners and staff spent several weeks working with Parisi’s menu developer and trainer Kate Blackman as well as other staff to hone their Barista skills. “We wanted to find a way to expand our menu with a great coffee program,” said Julie House, owner of Panache, “but we also wanted to partner with someone who approached their business from the local artisan perspective the same way we do.” Nestled inside their boutique location in the heart of the Plaza at 418 Nichols Road, Panache Chocolatier will be expanding their menu to include the Italian-style espresso, coffee and seasonal drink features currently offered at Parisi Café.
